VIDEO | Delhi: On Satya Niketan building collapse, NDRF Inspector General NS Bundela says, "In this kind of incident, all departments of the state machinery that can respond and have technical competence react immediately. The District Disaster Management Authority, District Magistrate, SDM respond immediately and coordinate rescue efforts. Under them, NDRF, Fire Service, Delhi Police, Health Department, MCD, Civil Defence, whichever agencies are required for support all arrive there and take immediate action, which is being done in this case as well. NDRF's two teams are currently working round the clock at the site. ...Hopefully the rescue operation will get complete by the evening."
