They're telling me it's not their problem and they couldn't give me my game even if they wanted to because "the link was taken down". The link is still very much there, so why y'all lying to my face? @thejensenhuang your team needs training.

It's a shame to see @nvidia and @NVIDIAGeForce making false claims to their customers. Promising free games with their products and then having "support issues" to deny you the game is very underhanded.

@NZXT @brashlibrarian @nvidia @NVIDIAGeForce Once I finally got the code, @NZXT said "here's the code" with zero instructions on how to redeem. "here's the link."

I follow the instructions and get an error that the code cannot be redeemed.

"You'll have to contact Nvidia support."
Anyone else having this issue?

Reached out again, got "Nvidia hasn't given us the codes". Finally got the code a week after that. Didn't even get it until January.

@brashlibrarian @nvidia @NVIDIAGeForce They deliberately withheld the redemption code from @NZXT and now claim it's expired... Yet a date isn't mentioned on the Nvidia website. Support said the page has already closed down but it's still up. Already screenshot it. This is borderline fraud.
