Someone part of the administrative machinery had a chat with me. I thought this was worth sharing, hence this post.
This is interesting and highlights the competitive intensity among states.
MotiveLink of South Korea has signed an MoU with the Tamil Nadu government today.
MotiveLink would manufacture advanced electric vehicle components for global markets from Tamil Nadu.
MotiveLink has also proposed to the state that it would act as an anchor investor and bring more South Korean companies in coils, PCBs, magnetics, housings and plastics to Tamil Nadu.
MotiveLink is further strengthening the EV ecosystem of our state.
Now comes the interesting part.
Both Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh have been pursuing MotiveLink.
Tamil Nadu Industries Minister Keerthana met the company when she went to Seoul.
When Nara Lokesh went to South Korea recently, he too met the company.
Both the states have been very strongly pitching.
MotiveLink has decided to come to Tamil Nadu and also act as an anchor investor to bring more companies from South Korea.
I've repeatedly said the whole narrative that investments meant for Tamil Nadu are going to Andhra Pradesh is absolutely false. I've provided data, details and facts. Both states are competing healthily for investments.
Even a TDP MP in Parliament said yesterday that investments meant for Tamil Nadu are going to Andhra Pradesh. This narrative is not based on facts.
MotiveLink is proof that both states competed and our state got it today.
Republic TV at 8:00 AM: 🇺🇸Soros and deep agents are behind the Delhi protest
Republic TV at 2:00 PM: 🇨🇳China is scripting regime change in India via the Delhi protest
Republic TV at 7:00 PM: 🇧🇩Bangladesh is funding the protest
@Cockroachisback@thirunangai Whatever tactics are being used to dilute this protest remind me of what many people believed happened during the Jallikattu protests in Tamil Nadu.
Humble tributes to Bharat Ratna Thiru K. Kamaraj on his birth anniversary.
A visionary leader who dedicated his life to uplifting the marginalised and securing their dignity and rights. His legacy of social justice and selfless public service will always be remembered.
Yesterday I sold my house in Kodaikanal . This was my third property deal in twenty five years in the state , and for the first time the transaction was smooth , people helpful and no money asked for . Tamilnadu is changing for the better whilst Karnataka remains the most corrupt state in India @TVKVijayHQ@DKShivakumar
Must-watch video to understand how problems keep repeating at the system level and what can be done to fix them.
Makes you wonder why people like @ptrmadurai couldn’t solve these issues when they were in power.
