@AGRobBonta The phrase “every vote should be counted” is misleading. In California, many ballots are subject to signature reviews, postmark determinations, and cure procedures, meaning election officials—not voters alone—ultimately decide which ballots count.
@TomSteyer No excuse for the amount of time it takes California to “count”. And you actually don’t count every ballot. You have people decide whether a ballot is “valid” because you don’t have voter ID and rely on mail in ballots.
