बिहार में अब नई सरकार गठना के बाद तुरंत काम शुरू हो। अगले पाँच साल राज्य के लिए अहम है। हम बिहारियों को बस यही फोकस करना चाहिए । इस पर बहस हो। सभी योगदान दें।

सभी जानते हैं कि चुनाव से पहले राज्य पर अभूतपूर्व कर्ज का बोझ बढ़ा है। आंध्र प्रदेश ,महाराष्ट्र और कर्नाटक जैसे राज्यों के पास तो अपना रेवन्यू है। वे ख़ुद भी बहुत कुछ कर लेते हैं। हमारे पास केंद्र की मदद के अलावा बहुत विकल्प नहीं है।

बिहार के पास पहले से ही सीमित साधन थे और चुनाव से पहले बिजली पर सब्सिडी दोगुना कर दिया गया । इससे हज़ारों करोड़ की कमाई बंद हुई ।
शराबबंदी के कारण लगभग 15 हज़ार करोड़ सालाना पहले से नहीं आता है। जीएसटी रेट कम होने से राज्य की हिस्सेदारी पहले कम ही चुकी है।

और इधर आम लोगों की देनदारी दोगुनी हो गई है-
-करोड़ो लोगों का पेंशन चुनाव से पहले दोगुना हुआ
-बेरोजगार युवकों को दो साल तक १००० हर महीने मिलेंगे । योजना की शुरुआत हो चुकी है
-लाखों महिलाओं को अगले कुछ महीने के अंदर दो लाख का कर्ज मिलेगा

जबकि अब केंद्र सरकार के मदद की सीमा सीमित है । राजनीति से दूर सभी बिहारी को अगले कुछ महीने बस गवर्नेंस पर दबाव बनाना चाहिए। यहाँ पिछड़े तो आगे की राह बेहद कठिन हो जाएगी ।
