💡Learning about motor science has been a recent area of growth for me, and something I think is missing in the coaching field.
Going to thread some of my biggest take-aways from @ShakeyWaits new book, which I really enjoyed 🗒️.

🔍Reframing the NBA Draft Combine
👉How relevant are the current evaluative strategies used in the basketball world?
💡I make the case for how many of the current testing methods bias, rather than inform, front office decision-makers.
Little snippet from an introductory chapter of the new book I'm working on- Anatomical Atlas of Pitching. re: the variability-overuse hypothesis ... controlling the bandwidth of movement variability is a critical challenge.

In this case, the athlete is struggling with his Hip Lock throwing him into hip flexion and affecting multiple movements downstream.
How can we fix this?

🏀This summer I would like to participate as a coach-trainer in one or two basketball camps. Preferably in Belgium (1-8th of July and/or 15th-31st of July) and/or Europe (august). If you're looking for an extra coach-trainer, send me a message🙏
For D2 and NAIA coaches valuing a PG who can consistently make great decisions and play incredible on-ball defense, look no further than @Jamie_McGrail10.
Jamie graduates from College Prep this summer. Jamie is the quintessential floor-leader who offers a lot to any program.
🇱🇧This is a thread outlining some of my recent ideas and the concepts I shared during my week in Lebanon.
💡I ran coach workshops and player camps. The focus was on helping show alternatives to the dominant approach while making sense of the CLA in a practical manner.
