The current state of my right knee. Vitality, the insurance policy I have paid into since January 2018 will not approve my claim to see a doctor because apparently it’s an old injury 🤷‍♂️I cannot straighten my leg or walk since injuring it LAST WEEK. Pls help

@WestMidRailway another day another train from London to Crewe without A WORKING TOILET. It’s below sub standard service. Customers will again have to get off the train to use bathroom facilities and get on the next train. This is the 3.46pm from Euston to Crewe
