@gtconway3d If he shot someone on 5thAve on live TV, his Secret Service detail wouldn't allow him to be arrested, his supporters would go through a cycle of it wasn't him or it was a false flag operation or he declared it legal, then DOJ would spend 5 years investigating it.

Just asking the hypothetical since we haven't read the indictment or the evidence yet.

@JDVance1 He was voted out bc the people decided they didn't want him presiding over the country anymore. He no longer had right to the documents and secrets he possessed. Then he willingly kept them longer and longer. You're basically saying let him do it anyway.

1) GA/US still petrified to actually bring charges
2) The NY arrest showed that secret service wouldn't even let him be handcuffed for security concerns; no way he'd be allowed to be locked up. Most severe sentence will be house arrest.
