Revati Nakshatra (16° to 30° in Pisces) is associated with spirituality, intuition, astral travel, and the idea that people born under this nakshatra often find their life partner on their own.

The story of Revati begins in the Satya Yuga. Revati was the daughter of the Suryavanshi king Kakudmi. She was extremely beautiful and highly virtuous. King Kakudmi could not find a suitable groom for her on Earth, so he decided to go to Brahmaloka and seek guidance directly from Brahma.

However, Brahma consoled him and said, “Now go back to Earth. The final phase of the Dvapara Yuga is going on. There you will meet the incarnation of Vishnu, Krishna, and his brother Balarama, who is the incarnation of Sheshnag. Balarama is the most suitable groom for your daughter, and he will certainly marry Revati.”

After returning to Earth in the Dvapara Yuga, King Kakudmi met Krishna and Balarama, and Balarama eventually married Revati.

The essence of this Puranic story is that Revati Nakshatra represents a soul that is detached from the limitations of the material world. It signifies spiritual evolution, the ability for astral or higher travel, and the potential to become great yogis. As the last nakshatra in the zodiac cycle, Revati symbolizes completion, liberation, and the journey toward moksha.
