No relationship style is perfect. The foundation of any relationship(s) should be honesty. Some people, no matter the relationship dynamic, are simply incapable of this. It is important not to blame the type of relationship dynamic and blame the individual for not being grown.

I wish some Poly people would stop this “Poly people don’t cheat” BS. I know of Poly people that also lie, cheat, and deceive. The issue isn’t being poly vs monogamous. The problem is even when given the green light to have other partners, some people will STILL lie and cheat.
