Which is crazy, considering you took out all the 'problematic' content.
It sounds to me that they just looked at the original Steam version and didn't even bother to re-review your console edit.

Ghost Sector progress through the months :
Scrapped enemies and models.

Ghost Sector is strongly built around puzzle solving, storytelling with minimal combat.
This enemy here didn't feel like it belonged in the same type of game so it is never used.
