🇳🇬 Polygon Nigeria is back.
Nigeria is one of the biggest crypto markets in the world. We don’t just talk about onchain finance here, we use it every day.
And with Polygon increasingly focused on stablecoins, payments and real world utility, there’s a huge opportunity for the Nigerian community to get involved.
But this time, we’re doing things differently.
Polygon Nigeria will be strictly community-run. No gatekeepers, no top-down agenda. Just Nigerians coming together to build, learn and grow.
We want to organize regular technical workshops for developers, community meetups across different cities, hackathons that turn ideas into real products, and Spaces where builders and users can have meaningful conversations.
We also want to create localized educational content, showcase Nigerian builders and projects, and take Polygon into universities and grassroots communities beyond the usual crypto circles.
And we want this to go beyond Lagos.
Abuja. Kano. Kaduna. Ibadan. Port Harcourt. Benin. Enugu.
Wherever Nigerians are building and experimenting onchain, there should be a community.
Polygon is building infrastructure around stablecoin payments, settlement and cross-border finance. Nigeria already has the users and the need for it.
Now let’s build the community around it.
Polygon Nigeria is back. 🇳🇬
Community-run.
Builder-focused.
Built for Nigerians, by Nigerians. 🟣
Introducing Polygon State of the Chain, our weekly community X Space.
Every week, builders, users, and followers of the @0xPolygon ecosystem gather in one place, not for an official team broadcast, but for an open forum where anyone can speak on what matters to them across the network.
There is no fixed agenda. Bring an update, raise a topic, ask a question, or simply join in and listen. Technical developments, community discussion, new ideas: this space holds room for it all.
This initiative is organized entirely by the community and for the community. Every participant has a place in the conversation, and every voice carries weight.
Our first session takes place this Monday, August 31, at 6:00 PM WAT (UTC+1).

back to creating without boundaries,
having creative freedom doesn't mean i design without purpose, strategy & direction..
Purpose is the end goal of a design functionality, strategy is the roadmap to the desired goal, whilst direction is the path, and process of achieving your desired goal when launching a campaign with Design as the means....
this design is a combination of Design purpose, Strategy and direction.... which led me to the desired goal of the campaign.

the value of @0xPolygon' Open Money Stack is coordination
wallets, compliance, ramps, routing and settlement become parts of one payment flow instead of separate infrastructure projects.
Give your customers a wallet and the ability to pay with any token on any chain, or with a card.
They pay with what they already have, you receive the exact amount you priced, in 1-click. Polygon Trails handles the conversion in the background.
Multi-chain checkout doesn't have to mean multi-step friction.
Powered by Polygon Open Money Stack (OMS), Uquid continues to deliver a true 1-click shopping experience across our catalog of 178M+ physical and digital products.
Behind every seamless order, OMS handles the cross-chain routing, automated token swaps, and non-custodial settlement in the background, allowing shoppers to settle payments across supported EVM networks in a single signature without manually bridging or switching gas tokens.
It is how we keep everyday digital asset commerce fast, scalable, and effortless alongside @0xPolygon.

BREAKING: REVOLUT CHOOSES POLYGON FOR NEW EUR STABLECOIN
Revolut announced it’s rolling out its own EUR stablecoin, EURR, choosing Polygon as its host network.
Across Africa and Asia, millions of people rely on USDT as a reliable digital savings vehicle to shield their wealth from local currency inflation and banking restrictions. It has become an essential lifeline for preserving purchasing power in emerging markets.
Powering this real-world adoption, Uquid serves as the leading global utility hub for stablecoin commerce. The platform enables users to easily spend USDT on everyday essentials, from physical goods and utility bills to football tickets, concert passes, and global eSIMs. Alongside Tether, Uquid continues to empower billions across emerging economies, driving financial inclusion through practical everyday utility.
Just days ago, Polygon Labs joined Phase 2 of the Bank of England’s Digital Pound Lab.
Now the Treasury plans to give the Bank a legal duty to support innovation in payments and digital money.
The Bank will also report to Parliament every year on its progress.
That makes innovation an accountable responsibility, not just an optional experiment.
Polygon’s work in the Digital Pound Lab now sits within a much larger policy shift.
Public blockchains are moving closer to serious institutional financial infrastructure.
The foundations for stablecoin adoption are being built step by step.
What if blockchain's biggest impact on finance is that customers never know it's there?
