@ExpediaUK @Aeromexico @ExpediaHelp @AM_Escucha Seriously? It's been a month after reaching out @ExpediaHelp via DM as you said. And NO answer!
Also contacted them through the complaints form on the website, NO answer too. Terrible. I need a solution. @ExpediaUK @ShieldVoC @Flight_Refunds

Act 1: buy a flight with @ExpediaUK.
Act 2: Flight gets cancelled due to #COVID19
Act 3: Try to redeem an airline credit from @aeromexico but surprisingly it's expired, even when #expedia stated a different date. 🤷‍♂️
And the only answer is: "It's expired"@ExpediaHelp @AM_Escucha
