@DHSgov@GovTimWalz When do we citizens get the chance to sue the Dems like Walz for violating our civil rights by subjecting law abiding citizens to repeat violent offenders? They don't give 2 shits about our safety.
@libsoftiktok I don't often advocate for violence. But if your own gov refuses to protect you, it's time to form citizen police forces and hold these animals accountable. This is unbelievable yet, I believe it. If the UK gov doesn't act soon, vigilantes groups will start forming.
@SenWarren You, in government, have proven inept in managing the money y'all forcibly take from us peasants. You don't need more. Elon has created jobs and innovation - he is the a great example of what the American Dream is all about.
Stop being greedy, Pocahontas.
I am certainly willing to have a discussion on sentencing guidelines and how they're applied but it would be better suited to choose examples from the same state.
Hmmmmmm... There is a flaw in this argument. She was sentenced to life w/ the possibility of parole in 15yrs. He was sentenced to 35yrs w/ possibility of parole in 17.5yrs. Different states have their own sentencing guidelines but she got life and he got 35yrs. Both get parole.
@GovBobFerguson Good Lord, not everything has to be a law, Bobby. School districts can make it a policy to ban phones from classrooms. Punishment is detention or suspension. What're you proposing happens if a kid brings their phone? Jail?
@unquenchable1@guntotinchick Ok, this view always confuses me. Do you really think that there is any country out there that didn't experience this? That is how countries were formed throughout history. Heck, the last time someone tried it was in the 30s and it took every western country to beat him.
Here's the start of why he has to raise our taxes significantly. He's laying the groundwork.
I swear, @GovBobFerguson, if you and your elitest cronies don't honestly audit the budget & where every dollar comes in and where it goes out to find the money for the bloat. Pitchforks
My team and I are working closely with our agencies regarding our budget outlook. This letter from the Office of Financial Management Director lays out the challenge well. There’s a lot of information still to come before I propose my budget in December, including two caseload forecasts and three additional revenue forecasts. That information will give us a better sense of the scale of the challenge. That said, we know the shortfall will be significant. I’m meeting with our agencies and communicating my goals: Preserve core services, protect our state’s most vulnerable, don’t raise taxes, and address the structural challenges in our budget to achieve long-term financial stability and protect our AAA bond rating.
