@AgentRaster @pidd_harry @mgibson883 @jordanbpeterson It's called nostalgia. Gold has played and continues to play an important role in the monetary policy of economies. But it's just not like the Middle Ages anymore. When the eco-terrorists get their anti-gold mining machine going, it will be even more fun. Buy bitcoin :) .
@pidd_harry @mgibson883 @AgentRaster@jordanbpeterson Then silver should be worth far more than gold. Because in industry it is far more necessary and useful than gold. To me, it's human faith and history that gives it value. Both can change over time.
@wj_valk @bitcoinarchive Against such a procedure as I have mentioned, the return to the roots with PC mining will definitely not be enough against pro miners in the hands of the state. Just say national security and game over. Just because what I mention doesn't happen doesn't mean it's impossible.
@TylerSCrypto It's not just a question of whether I've gained enough, but how far it will climb in the next few years. Tell me where it goes and I'll tell you if I'm happy with how much I have :)
@jackmallers@Fiserv@clovercommerce@brewerskettle I'm sorry, but it takes too long to pay her and she has to take steps that might not be necessary. It's still simply not user-friendly and fast enough - just mindlessly pay.
@bitcoinarchive What makes you think it was because of bitcoin? Just a coincidence of timing or something else? Maybe some kind of poll of the population that they're better off because of bitcoin? :)
@Cointelegraph And why not? Something like a lightning network might serve it well in the future. But at the moment, it just doesn't, when the value of bitcoin is severely underestimated, and at the same time its protocol doesn't allow it to be safely spent and thus earned.
