Fables are one of the oldest story formats humans have. They were made to be told, retold and passed down. That structure (a hero, a place, a choice, a consequence, a moral) turns out to be a natural fit for generative AI. It has enough shape to stay coherent, with room to surprise you.

Ponsfable takes that old format and makes it interactive, generative and endless.

Under the pixel art, Ponsfable runs like a real colony. Instead of one giant prompt producing one giant output, every story moves through a four stage agent pipeline:

→ Scout gathers your story seeds
→ Weaver writes the chapter in plain, warm prose
→ Elder ends every chapter at a fork
→ Keeper lands the ending,

Every tale is generated live. Up to 4 chapters, 3 paths each, and no two runs are the same. Stories are written by Claude on your own account, so you always know what's writing your fable.
