Through the summer my son lost some of his confidence and was working to regain it, massive thanks to his coaches @PontyclunB @BenjB56 @sayres95 @Gibby1977N putting in some extra time with him, he’s been able to regain his motivation and confidence to pull off a 110m try

Girls in school years 8-11 (academic year 2021-22) are invited to a girls-only coaching session this Sunday at @PontKings.

It will be part of preparations for an East Wales vs. West Wales under 16s Origin later this month.
