Well done to all 25 juniors who crossed the line this morning.
Lots of milestones reached today; Reuben, Imogen and Jude have all earned their half marathon wristbands and Toby completed his 100th junior parkrun 😱

33 junior participants completed soggy event #107 this morning
We also had 5 PBs plus Alexander H claimed his half marathon wristband! Handing these out is easily my favourite part of the RD role, you can probably see why in the photos below

We are very grateful to the 20 volunteers who made the event happen.
A few stats from this morning;
⭐46 finishers
⭐11 first timers to Pontefract
⭐7 first timers to junior parkrun
⭐9 PBs
⭐3 half marathon wristbands handed out
⭐2 half marathon wristbands earned

1) Register your 4+ year old and come on down
2) Volunteer
3) Both!

We had 31 participants today including 1st timer and a whooping 5 PBs! How anybody achieved a PB in that heat I will never know. Well done!
