You know what is racist? Claiming Israel's death penalty only applies to Palestinians. Here is the exact text:

“A person who intentionally causes the death of another WITH THE AIM OF HARMING a citizen or resident of Israel, WITH THE INTENT OF REJECTING the existence of the State of Israel.”

Any person, from any country, of any religion, race, or sex, who murders with the intent of killing Israeli citizens or residents, and reject Israel's existence, would qualify under "a person."

If you believe that only Palestinians would meet the threshold, then YOU are racist.
