Archbishop Hilarion Capucci was arrested by the 'israeli' jewish occupation in 1974 and sentenced to 12 years in prison.

Why?
He *allegedly* smuggled weapons in his Mercedes sedan into the West Bank of occupied Palestine for resistance against the occupation.

The 'israeli' security services *allegedly* found secret compartments in the vehicle packed with 4 Kalashnikov rifles, pistols, dozens of hand grenades, a massive cache of ammunition, and roughly 100kg of plastic explosives (TNT).

Palestinian Resistance fighters persistently demanded his release (constantly keeping his name at the top of their prisoner exchange demands). But it was ultimately the Vatican (via a personal letter from Pope Paul VI to Ephraim Katzir, the President of 'israel') that secured it.

The Syrian-born Capucci, who served as the Patriarchal Vicar of Al-Quds (Jerusalem) for the Melkite Greek Catholic Church, was released 3 years later and exiled to Rome (he was 'not allowed' in West Asia).

Capucci spent the next 40 years advocating for Palestine from afar. He was known for coining the phrase, 'Jesus Christ was the first Fedayee.' 'I am just following his example,' he said.

In Arabic, the word Fedayee literally means 'one who sacrifices himself', which is why Palestinians call resistance fighters Fedayeen.

In 2009, the 86-year-old Capucci joined The Brotherhood Ship, sailing from Lebanon and attempting to break the illegal siege on Gaza. The 'israeli' navy intercepted it, kidnapped him, and he was deported across the Lebanese border.

Undeterred, he immediately launched a global speaking tour and began planning his next voyage.

One year later, he joined his second aid mission on The Gaza Freedom Flotilla (May 2010). The IOF raided the vessel in international waters and murdered 10 activists. Capucci—aged 88—was arrested, abducted to Beersheba prison in 'israel', and subsequently deported.

He spent his final years in Rome, where he passed away in January 2017 at the age of 94.

'israel' refers to him as the 'terrorist priest'.

Palestinians hail him as a national hero and an icon.

It is true. The Jewish areas and Muslims areas in North and East London are side by side with overlaps. Jewish developers sell properties to Pakistani developers and vice versa. I work for them. Yes, global warming is real. It’s not a theory or a guess—it’s directly measured data.
Simple explanation for a skeptic:
The Earth has warmed about 1.1–1.2°C (roughly 2°F) since the late 1800s, with most of that happening since the 1970s. The last decade or so shows accelerated warming—around 0.35°C per decade recently, faster than earlier decades. 
How we know (no models needed for the basics):
• Thermometers everywhere: Thousands of land stations, ocean buoys, satellites, and weather balloons all show rising average temperatures. 2024 and recent years have been the hottest on record. 
• CO₂ is up: From ~280 ppm pre-industrial to over 430 ppm now (Mauna Loa measurements). This is from burning fossil fuels—we know because of the carbon isotope “fingerprint” that matches ancient coal/oil/gas, not volcanoes or oceans. 
• Physics: CO₂ (and methane, etc.) traps heat like a blanket. This is lab-proven for 150+ years. More blanket = warmer planet. Oceans are absorbing most of the extra heat too.
Natural factors (sun, volcanoes, El Niño) explain some wiggles, but they don’t account for the long-term upward trend. Independent data from NASA, NOAA, and others all line up. Over 99% of peer-reviewed climate papers agree humans are the main driver. 
You don’t have to love green policies or trust every scary headline. The core fact—Earth is warming due to greenhouse gases from human activity—is straightforward observation + basic physics. The debate is mostly about how fast, how bad, and what to do.

I don’t think so. What would they nuke? They already dropped 20 Hiroshimas on Gaza. And certainly if they ever did launch they would be wiped out starting with Pakistans nukes and Irans likely nukes. True we can’t stop them as things fall apart (and can’t stop things falling apart), but using them even when losing the state strikes me as unlikely as Iran using its nukes the minute it has them as some like Trump claim. N. Korea has a standing order to use its nukes if Kim is assassinated. I hope no such order is put in place by the Hitler bunker that is left of Netanyahu’s government.

I used to support Israel. Now I see them as a failed and corrupted state. Either they negotiate peace (meaning agree it) with their neighbors (unlikely) and then fall apart internally, or they will fall apart anyway and be overrun (more likely). They can’t stop Irans missiles and proxies now the war is lost (but to be continued). The IDF is already losing to Hezbullah drones in Lebanon. And diplomatic, military and financial support from the USA is dropping away. Timing is questionable but it’s something like RIP Israel 1947-2027.
