@patrickmandla1 @tumisole Yeah. This year I want my running to be structured. Last year I was all over and I would sometimes get demotivated quickly. This year I'm starting it off with short distances and build on consistency.

Day 3 of 6. Day 1 I did this route in 31:25. Today I Reached my goal of 29:25. Now I'm aiming for 28:00 by day 6 of doing this route.

My heart is sore when hearing of the passing of Jonas Gwangwa. The sad part about the 23rd of January is that 3 musical legends, including Jonas, passed on on this day. #RIPJonasGwangwa #RIPOliverMtukudzi #RIPHighMasekela
