@Tobysdad41 Dude. Same. It hit me in early sobriety what a frustrated, lifeless miserable drunk I had been. It was too late to save the marriage, but we both 'took the high road' out. 5yrs later, we are friends, and making our new love interests miserable. 😉

@JeffBai38410715 All good stuff in the comments. In AA we say "I can't, but WE can". You will have to quickly get used to asking for and accepting all the help you can get. Feels awkward, but trust us. Zoom meetings are a big help. My local Aa website lists international meetings 24/7
