1. As promised. The definite proof that @ponzidev stole 2.5k in July from @ponzidotmarket users. Useful info for $polypin bagholders. This is going to be a long-ish post. 👇
Posted this on r/solana today and it seemed to help some people, so here it is for the builders on here.
For context: I run @thecraziestgame, a game with its own launchpad, and I've launched a bunch of tokens through it. So every scam below is a pitch I actually got, not theory.
You launched your first token and nobody came. Then a crowd showed up offering to help. Every one of them is trying to scam you.
The rule that covers most of it: if a stranger offers to help your project, they want your money, not your success. Occasionally it's wrong, but follow it anyway.
1. "Let me help you set it up." Seconds after you launch, someone's in your TG offering to help. They want admin rights, then a drainer goes into your links. Never give admin to anyone you don't know. Ban on sight.
2. The promoters. Dozens of new followers in minutes, all commenting "DM me, let's promote this." Profiles look like real KOLs with tens of thousands of followers. All fake, the follows and views are bought. They charge $70 a tweet and live off whoever pays. The TG version: "give me 1 SOL and I'll post you to my 10k megachannel." The 10k are bots. Never reply.
3. The service sellers.
- Listings or trending on some tool nobody uses. Check it yourself, nothing trending there tracks price.
- "Bumps," wash-trade bots faking your volume with 1-cent buys. Nobody's watched that number in years, it's too cheap to fake. Often you pay and get nothing back.
- "You need a community." True, but what they sell is a raid team, paid accounts liking and reposting everything you post. It doesn't work in 2026, the algo knows the pattern and so does every reader.
Parasites. Ban them.
4. Paid trending and DEX listings, mostly a waste now. Dexscreener trending stopped working like every money button does. The only spend worth it is the ~$300 Dexscreener listing, and only once you're big enough that someone would bother hijacking your page. Not before.
Bonus: I was once offered an AMA with "prizes for the best questions," paid by me, in a channel full of bots. Guess who'd win the prizes.
The real problem under all of it: there's no discovery anymore. Hundreds of tokens launch every minute and no human can process that. Doesn't matter if you shipped a throwaway meme or a product you spent months on, nobody finds either one.
"Launch and grind for your bag" is dead. So is "build it and they will come." We need new ways to get discovered, and I don't have the answer yet. If you've cracked distribution for a solo launch in this market, I genuinely want to hear it.

$500 in tokens up for grabs, and this game isn't ending soon. My math says at least 2 more days. Maybe a lot longer.
Come take it: $SUNDAY500 on TCG 👉 https://t.co/FuM8L6NQEV
Ok, let me try a different way.

$530 USDC jackpot game. Only $5 USDC bet. There's a leaderboard, every bet is extremely +EV.
I spent a couple of grand building this, not to steal your $5.

Day three.
I personally reached out to dozens of players from the game that inspired @thecraziestgame. People who should remember me. Some were friendly, one guy accused me of impersonating myself, but most just ignored me.
Nobody came to play.
The irony: right now, with a small player pool and an active leaderboard, every participation is massively +EV. The math has never been better. But absolutely nobody trusts anything in the trenches. Especially when it's massively +EV.

It's time for the first promotion!
Half of the https://t.co/it6AdmT9y7 creator's rewards between now and the end of May will be used to buy $GRID and additionally seed the prize pool.
It's a win for everybody: traders get extra buying action, players get a juicier pot, and long-term holders enjoy bigger burns.
#solana #gamefi #trenches #beatthegrid
And we have launched! The ticker is $GRID, CA is GaZ6nyh7PqrbrD9JcBPtjF2PQWewvuc3qgK54Phrpump
We purchased 15% of the supply. 12% goes directly to the game's pools (escrow and prize). The remaining 3% goes towards promotions.
We're finishing the migration to the new $GRID token now and the games will open shortly.
See you all at the Grid!

Why two games at once?
One is based on an idea I've had within me for years. The second is someone else's brilliant idea, but the execution was very typical for crypto: overhyped start, myriad of unfixed bugs, zero respect for players' money, promotions that scared more people than they attracted, and in the end - total neglect.
The first game runs on its own token. I believe I've created very good incentives to hold - both for players and for passive holders.
The second game launches in USDC. It has to prove itself on mechanics alone first - no chart to lean on, no hype to hide behind. Just the game. There will be a token, but only when the game is established and stands firmly. Early players will get an airdrop.
The games themselves are very different too. One is fun and introspective, no competition with other players, at least at the start. The other is strategic PvP - people compare it to poker.
They don't compete with each other at all. And I can't keep either within me anymore.

For the last month and a half I was silently building not one but two projects. First is currently in beta, second will be there soon. For all my devving activities I created a new account @bittersahumerio, please subscribe, it is going to be a fun ride.
$polypin crushed into smithereens, and "the builder" himself is already building something new. You would think that there wouldn't be people stupid enough to participate but there will be.

@ponzidev@ponzidotmarket 15. The whole ponzimarket saga ended with a whimper. The game was very popular and fun but people couldn't tolerate all of those bugs. Nobody trusted the platform anymore. If the dev was the builder @Wisemenmentors claim he would fix the bugs not steal the funds.
@ponzidev@ponzidotmarket 14. Some people accused @ponzidev in stealing much more money (50k$) but i couldn't find proof of that. At the time I believed that he's an ethical person though a crappy dev. Well, i couldn't be more wrong.
@ponzidev@ponzidotmarket 12. Few days later he started sending refunds. (transfers/SPL/outflow on that wallet). But before refunds he sent 2500$ to two wallets who didn't participate in those games. One didn't participate in any games before and another played in some small test game.
@ponzidev@ponzidotmarket 10. He did the same with the biggest $ponzi game: https://t.co/sKO5ANlNvW and the other big game at the time: https://t.co/b93mbvJMAZ
@ponzidev@ponzidotmarket 9. Of course he didn't. The indexing bug hit again. But then the dev rewrote the contract and ... send it all to himself. Here is the tx: https://t.co/Ge6PGCimbb
