10th grader, Arnaldo BAZAN and his father were getting McDonald’s before school when immigration agents pulled them over. The agent slammed Bazan’s father to the ground and put the teenager in a chokehold. Arnaldo is 16 years old and a US citizen‼️
Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz: "What's happening in Minnesota right now defies belief. News reports simply don't do justice to the level of chaos and disruption and trauma the federal government is raining down upon our communities. They're pulling over people indiscriminately, including US citizens, and demanding to see their papers. At grocery stores, at bus stops, even at our schools, they're breaking windows, dragging pregnant women down the street, just plain grabbing Minnesotans and shoving them into unmarked vans. Kidnapping innocent people with no warning and no due process. Let's be very, very clear. This long ago stopped being a matter of immigration enforcement. Instead, it's a campaign of organized brutality against the people of Minnesota by our own federal government. This week, he went online to promise that 'the day of retribution and reckoning is coming.' That's a direct threat against the people of this state who dared to vote against him three times and who continue to stand up for freedom with courage and empathy and profound grace."
The coverup is now well underway and it’s important to keep this story front and centre, because I believe it will prove to be one of the defining moments in the fall of this regime.

They didn’t ask if you knew any illegal immigrants‼️
Somali and Latinos first. Now Hmong. That means Chinese, Japanese and Koreans are next. All non-whites will eventually be a target.
Welcome to the 4th Reich‼️
🚨BREAKING: ICE agents illegally entered private property without a warrant, were explicitly told to leave, and… while being filmed… assaulted a U.S. citizen, violently arrested him, and then released him eight hours later without charges in Lakeville, Minnesota.
In the video, ICE agents are already on private property when the man begins filming. He tells one agent to get out of his face. Instead of leaving, the agent assaults him by striking his phone, attempting to stop the recording.
The agent then claims, “You have the camera in my face, get it out of my face,” and hits the phone again… despite the fact that the agents approached him, not the other way around, and he was lawfully recording on private property.
The situation escalates when agents throw the man to the ground, shouting, “You want to get in my fucking face?”
They proceed to physically assault and illegally arrest him, even though they had no warrant, no probable cause, and no legal right to be on the property in the first place.
After holding him for eight hours, ICE quietly releases him… underscoring what the video already shows: this arrest was never lawful to begin with.
This isn’t law enforcement. It’s intimidation, retaliation for filming, and a blatant violation of the Fourth Amendment.
If federal agents can trespass, assault, and arrest U.S. citizens with no warrant… and face no immediate consequences… then the question isn’t whether this will happen again.
It’s how many more Americans will be assaulted before constitutional rights mean something again.
🚨BREAKING: ICE agents are now pulling people out of restrooms, refusing ID, and taking them without identifying who they are.
In Clearwater, Minnesota, a video shows a group of agents waiting outside a men’s restroom inside a truck repair shop.
Seconds later, you hear a man yelling, panic and fear in his voice. Then about five agents rush toward the restroom.
An agent says, “Let’s go.” Agents pull a man out of the restroom, handcuffed.
The man pleads, “I’ll give you my ID!”
An agent responds, “Right, right, right…” as they push him out the door and take him away without verifying who he is or checking his ID.
Everything about this video is alarming…
Law enforcement is not allowed to detain people arbitrarily. ICE agents must have legal authority to seize someone, and restrooms, inside private businesses, are non-public spaces.
Entering or removing someone from that space generally requires a judicial warrant or consent, absent an actual emergency.
Ignoring an offer to provide identification while forcibly detaining someone raises serious due process and Fourth Amendment concerns.
This isn’t about immigration status.
This is about the government ignoring the constitution, racially profiling, and grabbing anyone who doesn’t immediately comply with their illegal demands.
When federal agents can drag someone out of a restroom without verifying who the person is, and without accountability, no one’s rights are safe.
Unlike other businesses in Minneapolis, Starbucks is allowing ICE agents into stores against the concerns of baristas and our community.
That's why our union is taking action. Across Minnesota, baristas are demanding that Starbucks update their guidance around ICE immediately.
ICE put minor child in handcuffs—detain U.S. citizen just for speaking Spanish.
"We were stopped by an undercover vehicle."
"Agent opened passenger side door and forcibly removed my little sister."
"When she attempted to present ID, he just snatched documents from her hand."
ICE claimed to be searching for somebody with their license plate number—but the sisters were driving a rental.
