My husband was employee of PNB. He had died in an accident while returning from duty on 31/03/2018. I have applied for compassionate appointment as per bank policy in Aug 2018. But even after 4 years no action has been taken by PNB.

@pnbindia We have contacted a CM in HO HRD who promise us that he will look into the matter but no result. We contacted PA to CGM HRD for appointment but he talked in very unprofessional manner and even misbehaved with us

@pnbindia My husband expired on 01/04/2018 and application for job on compensation ground was given by me in 2018. In 2020 we were informed that the file was lost in transit during formation of new Rewari Circle. We r continuously following but response from PNB is very delayed every time.

@pnbindia We have already made numerous correspondence in this regards to concerned branch and Circle Office. Last month even we tried contacting HO HRD but it's response was most discouraging.

Justice delayed is justice denied. This is serious issue with HRD policy. This is the least the employer can do for its employees. @pnbindia plz look into the matter.

Does it require 4 years time to say YES or NO on an application? In Punjab National Bank it may take more also. My husband died in a road accident while coming back from bank. No one in PNB is sensitive for their ex- employee widow & her family.@pnbindia @FinMinIndia @nsitharaman
