BE CAREFUL WHILE BOOKING FLIGHTS

Booked round trip for parents but after they missed their flight, Air India cancelled their return flight without information.Also flight has been departed early (no prior info). No help from customer care and no refund.

@SamsungIndia @_mohit_yadav After connecting on live chat and conversation with your executives, they refused to help me for further investigation. Is this how you treat customers?after they buy products from your site and end up suffering the financial loss.

I have ordered Samsung LED on 17 June 2022 and on receiving I saw that product is of Sensui Company and in damaged condition.(Order I'd - 22138617903).I have filed a complaint on customer care but it didn't work.
