@dontattempt Haha, I love it! Husband and I do the cryptic in Tie Saturday Paper every weekend, slowly learning the little hints and ways cryptic clues are worded. It is so much fun!
@EduTweetOz Hi there 😊 Quick question - do you or any of the followers to this account know if there is a minimum space per student in a classroom? As in, how many square metres each student needs in a classroom? Thanks!
@EduTweetOz@BecWest81@merrylandseast@johnqgoh I’ll investigate to see if we can make it happen, if that’s something we can do @johnqgoh? Especially if it’s what we decide is right for our school, then a field trip would be great for us.
Hey @BecWest81@EduTweetOz hoping you might help. Our school is looking at team-teaching a K-3 class next year. 48 kids, 2 teachers, 1-2 SLSOs. I would love to hear from other teachers/schools that have done this, as we are brand new to it. Hoping you can help, thank you!
@melsa777 @TheWeirdTeacher Thank you @TheWeirdTeacher! Our school is investigating team-teaching a Kinder to Yr 3 class of 48 students next year. 2 teachers, 1-2 aides. Brand new to this. Looking to see how it works for others, advantages and challenges to consider.
Hey @TheWeirdTeacher do you have much experience or knowledge of team teaching across a multistage class - in this case prep to Year 3? Looking for some real life experiences to hear about. Hoping you might be able to point me in a direction other than google! Thank you 😊
@TheWeirdTeacher Sorry, I haven’t been clear in my question. Our school is investigating team teaching on a class that has from prep to Year 3 altogether. Most team teaching scenarios I can find are on the same grade. I was hoping other teachers might know of multi grade classes taught like this
@TheWeirdTeacher Oh sorry! In Australia we have stage outcomes for years - so prep or Kinder is Early Stage 1, Years 1 & 2 are Stage 1, Years 3 & 4 are Stage 2, and so on.
In case you missed it this morning... we have some exciting news! Our new SBS 24-hour world movies channel is coming to you free and in HD from 1 July 2019.
