ابن تيمية ثقة في نقل مذهب الحنفية

قال ابن عابدين الحنفي في حاشيته بعد نقل كلام ابن تيمية من الصارم المسلول:

"فقد أفاد أنه يجوز عندنا قتله إذا تكرر منه ذلك وأظهره، وقوله "وإن أَسْلَمَ بعد أَخذِه" لم أر من صرح به عندنا لكنه نقله عن مذهبنا وهو ثبت فيُقبل"
