If Sunwing says a flight is waiting for you and to check out of your hotel ASAP, it is their way of kicking you out of your hotel. It’s just not right.

@SunwingVacay has lied to multiple families about a flight waiting for them at the airport and to check out and go quickly. When they get to the airport, no flight exists. Many people I talked to were told the same thing. They are liars and should NOT be trusted. #SCAMMERS

@BrothersMisfit @cherdeguz @malakaijones06 @SunwingVacay @CraiggyOnly I was stranded since the 22nd and the sunwing employees at the airport are really unhelpful. I recommend talking to someone at the counter to get you a seat on a flight with space.

@BrothersMisfit @cherdeguz @malakaijones06 @SunwingVacay @CraiggyOnly I had to talk to someone in person that actually manages the seating on the plane at the airport. They let me choose whichever flight I wanted to go on home and just placed me on a flight. This was after days of talking to different reps.

@Brandie_Dennis @cherdeguz @OmniAir @SunwingVacay Wg586 to Vancouver, originally supposed to depart on 22nd. We kept pestering on-site reps till someone with enough authority got us on the flight for that day. We were at the airport for 10 hours because they kicked us out of our hotel.

@Brianna_Day @JohnTradem @SunwingVacay That’s terrible! We were also told to get our own cab there. Some people are saying that it’s delayed until 6:30 AM. Our rep said that it’s not delayed. I’m so confused right now.

@SunwingVacay @Brianna_Day Is flight 586 the same as 508? We were told they’re the same and going at the same time at 3:30 AM on December 27th. Could you clarify if both are going to Vancouver?
