23.9 million ETH, around 20% of circulating supply, is staked. Investor caution and regulatory risks have slowed capital inflows. Since the Shanghai upgrade, 4.5 million ETH has been net staked, increasing wait time for to around 38 days. Inflows have recently decreased.

Since transitioning to Proof of Stake (#POS), Ethereum (#ETH) experienced severe deflation in May, with daily net issuance reaching a peak deflationary amount of 12,400 tokens. Gas fees have decreased, and the net issuance of ETH has stabilized due to increased staking.

自从转 #POS 后，今年5月 #ETH 出现最为严重通货紧缩，日净发行量（质押产出 - 被销毁）最高通缩1.24万个，日基本Gas高达158Gwei。不过随着Gas的持续回落（当前为17Gwei），以及被质押的ETH数量不断攀升从而导致质押产出的新ETH数量跟着提升，当前ETH净发行量已趋于平稳。
