Expected Value in the final week of @CircaSports Survivor. After late line movement, NE jumps JAX with slightly higher win odds, and MIN steams up to even EV.
@CircaSports Here’s the top available options sorted by market win odds (they update live on our site)
The only real decisions are likely:
DylanW: ATL or TB
KickYourKneesUp: MIN or CIN (or take an odds hit to be on their own island)
@CircaSports We could see all 6 remaining entries on different teams in the final week. Here is each entry’s best available for Week 18, sorted by market win odds.

@lipiner@CircaSports It’s definitely an aggressive, low EV pick with the Bengals also available. My guess is they think the Raiders are trying to lose for #1 pick, and it puts them on an island in case all other picks lose.
@WillTheThrillFx @CircaSports That is correct, just like it doesn’t mean anything after your team wins and the week is over. It is the “expected” value of a pick, based on all the possible outcomes of games using market win probabilities.
@CircaSports One entry (Gary A) who had the Pats saved them and went Bengals. One (Kick Your Knees Up) went the the Giants to be on an island. Here’s the Expected Value breakdown.
@RRobbiepoker For a Week 1 start with one pick per week I’d estimate HOU at 50-60% available.
If your pool doesn’t post availability numbers, and there are too many entries to count them all up in the standings, you could look at a sample of them to get a rough estimate.
@CircaSports No bluffers of the 7 entries that revealed early. Eagles end up with the top EV with only 2 picks, while the more popular Jacksonville drops to slightly negative EV.
Week 14 picks are in for @SuperBookNV Survivor with 8 entries remaining. The six single entries all go with TB, while the one player with two entries left splits on SEA and CLE.
@CircaSports Here is the Expected Value breakdown and how those with multiple entries left distributed their picks.
SEA and LAR with high EV, along with the solo NE picker.
@ToddWitteles@JeffreyBenson12@galenhall No entry name still alive had more than 1 CIN pick, or 2 CHI picks on Thanksgiving. Plenty of syndicates exist, or you can buy in the @SurvivorSweat marketplace. My point was just that his 5 entries he owns would be over at least 4 entry names.
