On Wednesday 19th December, Canford Heath’s Dementia Awareness Group has organised a Dementia Friendly Christmas Service at 11am at St Paul’s Church #CanfordHeath. Everyone welcome, especially carers and their ‘cared for’ partners. Refreshments afterwards. #ARCH
