PNR 8345758207, Raised TDR on 2 Apr, no response yet. RailMadad closed the ticket 2026040808905 without resolving it. TDR was raised as only 1 ticket out 4 got confirmed in the same PNR that too 7 hrs before departure. No response!

Rejected TDR & no refund - I hv filed TDR under condition - "Party Partially Confirmed/Waitlisted & all passengers didnt travel"
Under PNR-8345758207, out of 4 only 1 ticket was confirmed & i have filed TDR before departure of the train i.e. on 08:10

@IRCTCofficial The RailMadad has immediately closed the request mentioning the request is forwarded to West Central Zone, and the same response I had already from past 7 days. No one actually accessing the request.

@RailwaySeva In an automated system a validation can be added to allocate lower seat to senior citizens and this is basic ask for senior citizens. TTE ask to check with fellow passengers , what if no one exchanges it. How Sr. Citizen climb to upper berth?

My mother(65+) travelling alone tomorrow and she got an upper berth after the chart was prepared, how she is supposed to climb to upper berth.What if no one exchanges & it is 24hrs journey.

@NoBrokerCare The problem is your team has been reviewing the problem for the past 1 week. It was a simple request that your technician didn't fix the leakage due to that we faced the problems & asked to send another technician. Not sure what is taking so long! I need a refund now that's it!

Don't use @nobrokercom @NoBrokerCare. Terrible customer support,took money for the ACgas refilling and didn't fix the leakage.followingup from 5 days, no response from them. Finally, end up paying to LG for same issue for which I've already paid to NoBROKER.
