I use to buy this product for less than five dollars and ask my self - how can they make this and sell it for that price? Now I look at this price and ask my self - how could they possibly charge that ridiculous price and expect people to buy it?

I was in Vegas recently when “what happens in Vegas didn’t stay” as the MGM and Caesars Groups got hacked. I’m surprised it didn’t make the National news more than it did. The town was clearly shook but handled it as well as they did for the tourists and concert goers.

“Knowing what your time is worth” at any point in your life is critical to career development. Somebody just starting out in graphic design may not be worth anything - giving it away may just help build their resume and portfolio. Sure it’s hard - that’s why so few people do it!

A past student just asked to help her price her photography business. I asked her the magic starting point question? “What is your time worth?” Multiply that number X the amount of time spent on the photo gig & add your expenses plus an amount for markup for a starting point!

Even faster time in a “fast food” restaurant by ordering on-line? I tried #McDonalds. The fries are still only a seven minute product no matter what system you use. FYI - don’t bother trying to short circuit the drive through by going in - drive through has the clock running!

The best kept secret for breakfast in Bowling Green, Ohio is the Falcon Family Restaurant on the south side of town. Great food, service and price! (When eggs were 10.00 a dozen - they never raised their prices!)

I keep having parents call me asking about having their kids MAJOR in entrepreneurship. My answer is No! A minor in it is fine. But they need a major they love and can get them a job. Most entrepreneurs begin that journey in their late 30’s with a skill set from a content major!

Driving by a #target when 5 people shot out of the front door with shopping carts full of expensive goods - clearly witnessing a robbery. Followed them to a van with Texas plates as they peeled out. Took the # & gave it to the mgr who did nothing! Just another day in retail.
