Hi, I would like to ask about my situation that ID verification has been done. However, I found my name showing on my profile is not exact to my full name. That is, I have no middle name and two words for the first name. However, there is only one word shown.

@HMRCcustomers I login to Personal Tax Account through Gov Gateway. My name in Gov Gateway personal profile is correct but my name on Personal Tax Account is not complete. My name is in 3 words but it shows only 2 instead. So, what should I do?

@HSBC_UK I have open the offshore account at HSBC UK, It prohibits me from any investment as non UK resident. My questions are ,1) Is that correct, and 2) Is fixed rates deposit to be deemed as investment or not?

I would like to ask about whether a non uk resident can do fixed rate deposit or not? I learnt from the website of UK HSBC that it’s okay for the non-UK resident. However, when I submit the apply, the online banking asked me to contact the bank staff.
