Here is a video of Bob from the Hero cup last year. Most leg strength & power activities are achieved through a combination of work from the ankle, knee and hip but the respective joint contribution will differ depending on the task. Here he compliments a heavy pull with a hip dominant jump (horizontal) and a knee dominant jump (vertical) eliciting a spectrum of strength training adaptations to support power generation in his swing.
