@phlash74@notgaetti Nope
That is not the case. You can’t watch baseball and not understand that some guys are comfortable in that spot and some are not.
@dave_christison Started playing at 28. Played baseball in college. Thought golf was sissy sport. Fell in love with game- played 3 days a week. 1 lesson- got to 8. Started coaching my daughter’s softball. Played 5 times a year. They both played in college. Now a 15- I love it but hate it, too😂
Excluding Kentucky and Mark Mitchell, there are currently 18 intra-conference transfers among SEC MBB teams.
That is 23% of the incoming transfers for the other 15 SEC teams (78 total).
How dare Mark Mitchell try to transfer and ruin the purity of the league after a new rule…
@LongHairedLeaf@RossDellenger There are tons of players that have transferred inside the conference. Heck, Aberdeen left us to stay in conference. 1/2 of Cal’s team at Arkansas was from UK. Florida kid just transferred to Ole Miss. Seems like different rules for different folks
@MilwaukeeBest_8 In reality- HR, RBI, Average are the 3 stats that you would always see at the bottom of the TV screen when a hitter came up——— always worked for me!
@Dl22242224@CBeasmoreSports They entered hoping that a 5th year would be granted. In reality that wasn’t even a real option. Mitchell and others are entering the portal after it was confirmed a 5th year was available. I don’t understand the difference. Btw, I don’t think anyone should get a 5th year.
I’m told modern pitching is more efficient. Yet Runs PG, Hits, BB, XBH are flat for 50+ years. It takes more pitchers than ever to complete a season. The number of elbows per pitcher is higher than it’s ever been.
In the last 10 full seasons, 2015-2025, 3 pitchers have been able to start 35 games. THREE.
35 starts means >4.5 days of rest between starts by calendar days in a season it’s >5.1
@jkjohnson1969@MartySmithESPN I truly get your point, I just don’t think it makes real life sense from a business perspective. You want the best players you can get in your tournaments. If I were paying big bucks to sponsor a tournament, I want the best players possible in it.
@skumWgmi It is insane. Will sell my house and retire to an apartment. I’m sick of paying real estate taxes. Absolutely correct, you never own your home.
