@ola_supports Please read my comments on the thread. I'm writing after 4-5 incidents recently. Everytime I feel there's no option to get a resolution. That's my main concern. What if something more serious happens? WHY there's NO Instant Assistance available???????

@ola_supports My not so dear Ola, when are you guys going to launch a dedicated customer care no. or email id, atleast? The auto generated options are NOT ENOUGH for various kinds of nasty experiences one has to go through with your stupid drivers.
