Tracking ID BZWSQ0003251 was delivered on 11th May by Blitz courier service. Its not reflecting on westside app , still showing in transit.
Please look into this asap as i want to initiate return for those items.

@MumbaiMetro3 wtf is with no network from cuffe parade to jvlr? There is no wifi ! If there is , the staff is arrogant enough to help in the time of crisis!

@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares my money is still not recovered and returned . I have already explained it multiple times but there has been no action taken!
After such services, obviously i want to close my account here.

@HDFCBank_Cares there was a fraudulent transaction on my account on 22nd Nov 2025 for rs9500/-, i did everything that was required by the cyber crime cell and hdfc bank. But despite of several reminders and follow ups- no one has bothered contacting with the solution!

They should learn something from Amazon , big basket - they are concerned about their customers and provide hassle free feedback and support when it comes to refunds

@porterit_ extremly disappointed with customer care service! 4 different agents called to ask the issue, i have to repeat my problem every single time! They cannot process a refund on their own and have to wait to get the money from the delivery person

@HDFC_Bank evevryday I am told that the issue will be resolved in one day- this has been going on for a week!
I am not able to pay bills, rents , or withdrawals

@HDFC_Bank its been 3 weeks since my account is blocked for address change update! All the necessary documents are submitted, the new address is verified but still i cant do any transactions on my account.
Absolutely frustrated as it is not yet resolved.
