Hey @wordpressdotcom, why has my blog been taken down? And sans intimation? (And what terms of service did I violate? All I do here is aggregate links to my journalism)
PS: Folks, their contact form is not accepting my complaint either. Could you amplify this message please?
If you know me, you’ve heard me talk about this story for months.

A ruling Cabinet minister casually tweeting about cauliflower farming This isn’t a joke. It’s a coded reference to one of the most horrifying massacres of Muslims in India where an entire community was killed, buried, and cauliflower was planted over their bodies to hide the crime. And today, a minister is using that same imagery as a taunt. I’m speechless. This is the reality for Muslims in India right now where crime against muslims are openly celebrated by those in power. In any moral nation, someone making such a reference would be removed, shamed, and held accountable. But here, he’ll be hailed as a strong leader. The fact that a massacre has become a meme tells you everything about the times we’re living in.
The Maharashtra govt has issued an order that consent of individual slum dwellers will no longer be required for the group redevelopment of slum clusters in the city, reports Free Press Journal

Last year, @aajtak aired a video sketch on Delhi’s pollution mocking Arvind Kejriwal.
This year, Aaj Tak has gone quiet on pollution because the CM is from the BJP.
In 2023, @MaryMillben was asked to make a propaganda video against @NitishKumar, appealing to the people of Bihar to vote him out. She said, If she were an Indian, She would shift to Bihar and wanted to run for the post of Bihar CM as she thought that Nitish Kumar is a sexist person.
Why instead of paying her to make propaganda videos against Indian leaders, why doesn't the BJP give her an Indian Citizenship and ask to move to Bihar and make her fight the Bihar Election.
Wait, Does @MaryMillben know that @NitishKumar is now part of NDA?
An Indian muslim cannot offer namaz on own roof or confess love for the Prophet but a foreign Muslim fundamentalist is allowed to discriminate against our women on our soil in violation of all our laws & values because it is “his faith”. Think about it.

Taliban also believes that Homosexuality would attract death penalty 'LEGALLY'!
@Iyervval
Today you are 'justifying' our (women's) exclusion, tomorrow someone else might justify your death penalty.
Also, I could have suggested you to read basics of International Law, but the one who doesn't know the basics of Indian Constitution, can't be put under so much pressure to read IL.
Your 'knees' might hurt with so much 'mental' pressure!.
If there’s one thing I’ve learnt as an independent journalist: rejection doesn’t mean your story has no worth.
If you believe in your pitch, there will be an editor who resonates. The real work is holding on long enough to meet the one who will. (6/6)
Earlier in July, while travelling through Seemanchal on our way to Palasi, we heard a tempo DJ blaring Bhojpuri songs at 7:30 am.
The lyrics were lewd, but what shocked us was the scene before us. 👇 (1/6) 🧵
This story finally found its home at ADC — after being turned down by more than 10 publications.
We reworked the pitch countless times before it landed. (5/6)
