@ACTFibernetHYD Worst Broadband Service provider. I initiated and made all payments for a new connection on Oct 1 to which their sales team responded that they will provide the network by EOD. Even till now they haven't provided the connection and wouldn't respond when called.

The pump is way too understaffed and being on a prime location, the pump is always filled with costumers who are asked to stand in a long queue which almost always takes 5-6 mins at least. The office is also locked and there is noone to receive any complaints as well.

To add on to the burden, they accept no online payment as well. As costumers, such behaviors are unacceptable.
