@FLOWJamaica now im being told its 24 to 48 hours before a technician will contact me in order to have this fixed ? Is that the level of incompetent people that you have to serve costomers ? I had to be restarting the modem but atleast i was getting service.i need this rectify nw

@FLOWJamaica i called to report issues im having where i have to constantly be unpluging my modem and from the rep told me to restart the modem after making her checks my dsl and internet lights arent coming back in and i never had that problem before calling..

@FLOWJamaica over 2 months now i have been askin for a technician to come and check the line & modem & until today it cant happen and the internet is constantly in & out but it is expected that ppl keep paying bills ?
