It’s been over 24 hours since I reported the theft of my phone (Vivo T3x 5G, IMEI: 864276074349151) on 14 July while travelling on Train 15655 KYQ–SVDK Express near Sitamarhi (PNR: 6816697052),
but there’s been no response from police or any authority.

The thief has unlocked the phone, answered a call, and even asked for my email password.
The device has access to Gmail, UPI, and banking apps. If action isn’t taken in time, it may lead to serious financial misuse.

I need immediate support and intervention.

The phone was unlocked by the thief, who later answered a call from the same number and asked for the email password. He has also attempted multiple Gmail login attempts.
The phone contains sensitive information, including linked Gmail accounts, UPI, and net banking apps.

I have already taken the following steps:
Recovered Gmail access
Blocked both Jio and Airtel SIMs.
