5G mobile uses 700 MHZ UHF 49 and 4G mobile uses 800 MHZ UHF 61 but 5G mobile is on a reduced capacity on 600 MHZ UHF 36 because of Freeview. 5G mobile can't go full power until Freeview is off the air.
At the moment your 5G speed is average about 250 MBPS once it goes into full power your average speed will be over 600 MBPS see the difference and thats just 5G mobile just think what 6G mobile would do in the future. I just checked Tesco mobile 5G is not available in my area but Vodafone is.

Freeview Just got max of 14 years left to survive?
The mobile company's want launch 6G Network by 2034 but not everywhere until Freeview closes down completely. The frequency at the moment is from 21 to 48 UHF once 6G launches everywhere the frequency range will be from 21 to 31 and would kill all relay Transmitters and the main Transmitters would have to be on reduced power meaning more interference and that will close Freeview for good.
Remember 6G will take over most of Freeview bandwidth.

Today was when Freeview was to pull the plug on channels 76 & 78 but That's Media pulled fast one over Freeview by broadcasting music on both channels Today. Remember the music channels closed 1st March 2026 at 00:00am meaning three months are up. Freeview only allow three months if the channel is not broadcasting anything and if nothing been broadcasting the channel will be removed by force.

The channels have already closedown still have the EPG running.
