Public money for disabled Albertans is now being sent to foreign shareholders. The UCP just handed $98 million in disability employment contracts to two foreign-owned companies:
• AKG Canada (Australian-owned) – North
• Serco Canada (British-owned) – South

Traditional local non-profits have been replaced by overseas profit machines.

This is not “efficiency.” This is outsourcing Alberta’s most vulnerable. It didn’t work in the UK after Brexit with Serco and others — and it won’t work here either. #FireTheUCP #SavePublicServices
