Hey @PSAcard and @FedEx can someone reach out to me? The drivers always leave door tags and don’t actually ring the bell. Then per FedEx policy my item can not be held at their facility for me to pick up. Me waiting outside my building all day is not reasonable because the driver refuses to ring the doorbell.
