Really disappointed with @LondonStadium and @gigsandtours. Asked about moving our seats for @takethat on Sat to more accessible ones as mum now has limited mobility and using a crutch (she wasn’t when I booked the tickets), but neither has been helpful! Not impressed at all 😡

@katiecollinge_ We’re seated but quite high up and stairs are a real issue for my poor mum and despite @LondonStadium confirming our seats involve lots of stairs they said there was nothing they could do and to contact @gigsandtours who said it’s in their T&Cs that you can exchange tix!

Absolutely atrocious customer service from @lastminute_com. Hotel cancelled with less than a week’s notice. Offered an alternative that was not comparable to our hotel. Disputed this & promised a resolution today but had to chase and now told another 24 hours. Due to fly Sunday.
