@Burnzyrefr@JonCymbrogi We're gonna have to accept that Christianity is foreign, and Christianity has been important. Just because something foreign has helped us doesn't mean everything foreign will help us. We don't need to reduce this into a binary because normies won't be persuaded
@BrandonJH30@YoungBobPC@YoungBobRB Thanks Sherlock, please read the above and notice I didn't bring up brain dead, but someone without sentience. If you are unable to understand what I'm talking then why bother reply
@YoungBobPC@YoungBobRB Swap brain dead for being in a coma.
Oocytes are also not human beings, it's when a sperm and egg fuse together to create a zygote, that it becomes a human.
@MissLauraFong@YoungBobRB So you disagree with universal human rights. Fetus means baby human.
It would die without the mother carrying it in her womb therefore it should not be killed.
Is murder that isn't related to you acceptable because you aren't affected?
No
@MissLauraFong@YoungBobRB You know very well that it is Homo Sapiens, now if you want to say that you're against universal human rights, then fine, make that positive argument as to why not all humans deserve human rights.
But I believe all human beings deserve human rights, even if they aren't born yet
@xphashy@YoungBobRB 1) Ongoing debate, largely against killing innocents
2) if this person is going to wake up in 9 months do they lose human rights while in coma?
3) Don't have a baby in the first place if you don't want to start new life
Human life is inherently special <3
@Lei_Neverland@YoungBobRB It suggests the presence of some cells in an individual that come from another individual and are therefore genetically distinct.
The presence of the mothers cells in the baby does not mean the absense of a unique human which deserves human rights.
@YoungBobPC@YoungBobRB What if you knew the person who lost sentience is going to regain it in 9 months time? Do they lose all human rights in that time frame.
Sperm cells are not reproductive by themselves, being capable of creating life does not equal life.
