@LingwoodMurray Thanks. Will be interesting to see how things develop there given the female was seen egg laying on at least 4 days last week. There's still a chance they are still present and with better weather forecast next week hopefully they will be seen again.
One of the 3 Bee-eaters currently at Trimingham. Despite the initial nesting attempt having sadly failed, they are still present and continuing to regularly visit the nest burrow, so there's still hope that they will try again.
@grifbag1 The birds don't come any closer than 100-200 metres from the viewpoint and are often even more distant, so combined with the heat haze don't expect anything other than record shots. A visit in the morning is best for photos as by late morning you are starting to look into the sun
A freshly arrived Yellow-browed Warbler on the clifftop at Trimingham this afternoon before it quickly headed off to find shelter from the wind and approaching rain.
