@LoganDobson Traffic circles/roundabouts should be designed with raised features anyway. It visually instructs the driver that they'll need to turn rather than letting their autopilot think the road continues straight.
Big picture take irrespective of this particular decision: there has to be a set of rules all agree to be bound under for college sports to function. Arbitrary rule by random judges across the country is an untenable way to manage the sport.
